Firearm Terms
We reserve the right to refuse business to ANYONE for any reason.
1) YOU must know your state laws and regulations of firearms. We will not be held responsible if you order a firearm or restricted item from us and you are not able to receive/take delivery of it.
2) It is Required for you to have a copy of your ink signed Federal Firearms License, or Collector of Curio & Relics License on file with us BEFORE ordering Firearms from this Website.
3) It is required to have a copy of any local or state licenses required for a firearm purchase to be on file. All orders placed without, or prior to, an ink singed copy of the Federal Firearms License (or other necessary licensing) on file will be Deleted without notice. Faxed Copies do not meet BATF Requirements for ordering Firearms.

Federal, State, and Local Laws Relating to Firearms Purchases:
We comply with ALL Local, State, and Federal laws. You must be aware of any Federal laws affecting your purchase.
The following list of state and local laws is NOT represented to be all inclusive of the 50 states' numerous firearms and magazine laws. Please know your Local and State Laws BEFORE purchasing High Capacity Magazines and Firearms. Individual Local & State laws are too numerous to list on our website, however, the following sales Restrictions will apply:
-CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS: Handgun sales only to "01" Dealer FFL, handguns must be on the California approved list however C&R Handguns can be shipped to 01 Dealers. No High Capacity magazine sales, No Assault Weapon sales. C&R Licensees may purchase C&R rifles only if made prior to 1953 regardless if the rifle appears on the federal C&R list. All CA Dealers must give us their CFD# before ordering. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.
-ILLINOIS CUSTOMERS: No Firearms sales to Chicago, Nor all of Cooke County. C&R 03 Licensees may purchase C&R Eligible firearms, however Illinois FOID card must be on file. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.
-MASSACHUSETTS CUSTOMERS: 01 FFL Dealers may purchase handguns that are on the MA approved for sale list, rifles without high capacity magazines. No C&R firearms sales. No high capacity magazine sales to anyone or dealer in MA. No Ammunition Sales.
-MARYLAND CUSTOMERS: No modern handgun sales to anyone including 01 FFL Dealers. C&R eligible handguns may be sold to 01 FFL Dealers only. C&R eligible Rifles may be sold to 03 C&R Licensees. No High Capacity Magazine Sales. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.
-NEW JERSY CUSTOMERS: No Sales of CETME Rifles. Firearms sales only to 01 FFL Dealer licensees. Absolutely no Handgun sales to C&R 03 licensees. No High Capacity Magazine Sales. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.
-NEW YORK CUSTOMERS: Only C&R eligible handguns will be shipped to 01 FFL Dealers and these handgun orders must be accompanied by a State Handgun Dealers License. C&R eligible rifles may be sold to 03 C&R licensees. No Sales to NY City. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.
-WASHINGTON DC CUSTOMERS: No Sales of any products.
-CONNECTICUTT: No Sales of WASR, CETME Rifles, or FAL Rifles. No C&R Handgun Sales. [/COLOR]

Ammunition Terms
All Ammunition customers must be:
21 years of age or older, Never convicted of a felony; and have read, completed, and understand the following Ammunition Requirements.
All first time ammunition customers (who are not Licensed FFL Dealers) must Fax, Email, or Mail a copy of his/her State issued Drivers License or State Identification to verify date of birth. This must be completed Before, or at the time order is placed*. If your State of Residence requires a separate state issued license to purchase ammunition, then a copy of this state issued document must be faxed before an order for ammunition will be processed. When faxing, mailing, or emailing your Ammunition order Requirements, please include your order number, and/or customer number with license(s) copy. Your Customer number consists of zip code and Last Name/Business Name, example 45066-Smith.

PAYMENT:
Payment is due prior to shipping. Methods of payment accepted are: cashiers checks, money orders credit cards & personal checks (payment must clear bank before shipping is done). The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard and Discover (NO AmEx).
PLEASE NOTE*****Unless special arrangements have been made an animal is NOT considered sold until the money has arrived for it.****
DUE TO FRAUD CHECKS held 10 business days. MONEY ORDERS held 4 business days to clear.
DEPOSITS:
We offer 30 day payment plans with a 25% non-refundable deposit on orders over $500. unless other arrangements have been made
Anything that is over 30 days will incur a 5% increase per month of the original sale price, again unless other arrangements have been made at the time of the sale.
There are NO refunds of deposits or any partial payments, UNLESS Insane Canes can NOT deliver the animal deposit was sent for.
SHIPPING:
Generally shipping runs $45. to $75., but feel free to email us with your zip code for a shipping quote.
We will only ship inside continental US, only to areas that can receive overnight morning delivery (this is not negotiable please don't ask).
We will not ship when temperatures are above 90 or below 40 degrees enroute from FL to your destination. Our goal is to supply quality healthy animals to proper caring owners. Please do not ask us to ship outside our shipping terms. In doing so you are telling us your willing to risk the animals life & that tells us it might not be going to a good home. We reserve the right to return payment & put the animal back up for sale if we can not ship within 30 days of receipt of payment. We are not responsible for any carrier delays.
Shipping days:
via Fed Ex - Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.
Airline shipping is on a case by case basis, as long as your airport is available for cargo delivery. Same day delivery in most cases.
PACKAGING:
(PICTURES BELOW) All animals will be shipped in Styrofoam lined shipping boxes with cold or heat packs as needed without any additional costs to you. They are always properly marked, so that they can be handled properly. Don't take chances with unmarked boxes, as there is no way for any of the carriers/handlers along the way to know what to do with it in case there is a delay.
GUARANTEE:
Sex, if stated, of your reptile is guaranteed 100% or your money back. We probe or pop everything when it comes in and before it ships as well, no worries here.
There is 100% customer satisfaction here at Insane Canes LLC. If you are not happy with your animal we must be notified within 24 hours of arrival of any dissatisfaction by way of email or phone call (leave message if you get voice mail). You may return it (at your expense) within 48 hours of receipt for full refund less shipping & handling. On ontime delivery DOAs (Dead on Arrival) we will need to be notified within 4 hours from time signed for. On any DOA arrivals, no replacements or credits will be made until we can document the death of the animal. This may require you to return the animal to us.
